Why annual inspections matter
An expired certification doesn't just create paperwork risk — it shifts liability onto the building owner or facility manager the moment a contractor steps onto that roof to service HVAC plant, clean gutters, or carry out repairs.
What we check
- Anchor point condition and load rating — corrosion, fixing integrity, and whether the rated capacity still matches the manufacturer's specification
- Static lines and rail systems — tension, wear, and any damage to the travel path
- Signage and access points — making sure hazard and compliance signage is current and visible
- Documentation — cross-checking the site against any existing roof safety layout drawing
What you receive afterward
A detailed inspection report and a compliance certificate, plus a clear list of any defects that need rectifying before the system is signed off as compliant.
